Refund Policy
Last updated: May 5, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Raudah-branded products and services. Each refund is issued by the Operating Entity that received the original payment, as identified in Schedule A of the Terms of Service, and is processed back to the original payment method through the same payment processor or merchant of record used for the original transaction.
We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of refund requests in accordance with this Policy.
2. Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time using the methods described in our Cancellation Policy. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the renewal date. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
If you are charged after submitting a timely cancellation request, you are entitled to a full refund for that charge upon request.
3. One-Time and Lifetime Purchases
One-time and lifetime purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. After this period, these purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the associated product or features will be revoked.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, the order or transaction details, and the reason for the request. Where available, you may also initiate a refund eligible under this Policy through the in-product cancellation flow.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment processor or merchant of record used for the original transaction. We typically process approved refunds within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or merchant of record, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement.
For transactions processed through a merchant of record, the merchant of record may handle the refund directly under its own policies and timelines, and any applicable taxes collected by the merchant of record will be refunded by the merchant of record in accordance with its own procedures.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly under this Policy.
If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we will, where appropriate, provide the issuer, payment processor, or merchant of record with evidence of the services rendered, your acceptance of these policies, transaction logs, and other relevant records to support our position. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, filing a chargeback after a refund has already been issued, or filing a chargeback for services that were rendered may result in suspension of your account pending resolution and may be referred to a collections agency.
