Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your subscription to Raudah-branded products and services and what happens to your account and data after cancellation. It applies to subscriptions sold by any Operating Entity, as identified in Schedule A of the Terms of Service.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

• Through the self-serve cancellation option available in your account settings within the relevant product, where provided. The in-product cancellation flow is no more burdensome than the signup flow and does not require contacting support, speaking to a representative, or completing additional retention steps.
• By emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and requesting cancellation.
• Through any additional cancellation method made available within the product, by the relevant payment processor, or by the merchant of record handling your transaction.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the renewal date. We will send a confirmation once your cancellation has been processed. If you cancel through a merchant of record, that provider may also send its own confirmation.

3. Effect of Cancellation

• Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be applied to your payment method after cancellation.
• No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.

4. Your Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your account data is retained for a reasonable period to allow you to reactivate your account. After this period, your data will be deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

5. One-Time and Lifetime Purchases

One-time and lifetime purchases grant access as described at the time of purchase and cannot be "cancelled." If you wish to request a return, please refer to our Refund Policy.
